By accessing or using Foresee ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Foresee. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet the minimum age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Platform Usage

Foresee is a gamified sports prediction platform. You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose. You must not:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Attempt to manipulate scores, rankings, or contest outcomes.
• Engage in abusive, harassing, or disruptive behavior.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them.
• Create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.

5. Predictions & Scoring

All predictions are final once the match deadline has passed. The scoring system is as follows:

Foresee reserves the right to adjust scoring rules. Users will be notified of any changes in advance.

6. Contests & Competitions

Users may create private contests or join official public contests. Contest creators set the rules within the parameters provided by the Platform. Foresee is not responsible for disputes between users in private contests. Any form of gambling or real-money wagering through the Platform is strictly prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, code, and features of Foresee are the intellectual property of Foresee and its creators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without explicit written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, abusive behavior, or any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may also request account deletion by contacting us.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Foresee is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of match data, or that the Platform will meet your expectations. Use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foresee and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
